Thank you for visiting my page. I’m Anita Carr, and I’m excited to introduce myself. With over two decades of real estate experience since becoming licensed in 2000, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every transaction. My real estate sales history is diverse, ranging from multi-million-dollar homes to apartments. This diverse background—including my career as a registered nurse—gives me a unique ability to handle a wide range of situations with empathy, attention to detail, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
I was raised in a military family, where my father’s journey from sailor to Chief Petty Officer deeply shaped my values. He taught me the importance of honor, integrity, hard work, and financial discipline. At the age of 19, I made my first real estate purchase using savings earned from odd jobs I’d done since I was 12. I understood early on that homeownership is a powerful way to build long-term wealth.
Over the years, my dream of raising a large family has come true, and I’m proud to be the mother of four bright children. Another source of pride is seeing my two youngest children graduate from college debt-free—an achievement that reflects my commitment to perseverance.
My nursing career focused on consumer advocacy, which has translated seamlessly into my real estate business practice. After retiring from nursing in 2022, in a matter of months, I reflected on the fulfillment I’d always found in helping people, which led me to return to real estate—a field that brings me joy and allows me to continue making a positive impact.
While searching for my own home to purchase in Spokane, I had the pleasure of meeting with several local real estate agents.
